The cost of $20 covers delivery, return shipping, and a 14 day rental of the sample. The price is small compared to what you might pay to return ship a larger rug if you find it doesn't work for you.

The best part is if you like the sample and order the rug, we will refund you the price of the sample! However, if you decide to return the sample without purchasing the full size rug, the sample fee is non-refundable, as this covers our cost of shipping the sample back and forth.
